Liena Lacey is a founding member of Harp Centre Australia. Her work on the organisation’s business plan won an Award for Excellence in the InnovationACT 2009 Business Plan and Commercialisation Program, securing $10,000 in start up funds. In 2008 Liena was co-producer of the National Harp Festival and since 2013 has held the position of Festival Producer and General Manager of Four Winds Festival in Bermagui, NSW. In between Liena worked for a year with a Lao social enterprise as an Australian Youth Ambassador for Development. Over the last ten years, Liena has been actively involved with small businesses and community projects including: Creative Economy in Brisbane; co-producing an innovative and collaborative short film on happiness in Laos; Design For Change Laos; the Desert Hub and Beanie Festival in Alice Springs; and most recently as a board member of Creative Literacy Laos.
